Interpol has circulated a list of 173 Islamic State (ISIS) terrorists that it believes were trained to mount suicide attacks in Europe in revenge for the group’s military defeats in the Middle East.

A 22-year-old man from Oakland, California, Amer Sinan Alhaggagi was indicted Friday on charges related to material support for ISIS. Alhaggagi’s case represents the 130th ISIS-related arrest in the US since March 2014. Alhaggagi was willing to commit a suicide bombing, wanted to "redefine terror" and kill 10,000 people in a domestic terror attack selling poison drugs and attacking a gay club in San Francisco.

Experts believe the submarine may be preparing for a test-fire of a Pukkuksong-1 Submarine-Launched Ballistic missile (SLBM).

The South Korean government has asked the US to revise the missile guidelines with the US to double the maximum weight of warheads on the South's ballistic missiles from the current 500 kilograms to counter growing threats from the North.
